The real estate business takes many disciplines: marketing and advertising,
negotiations both prior to and after opening escrow, scheduling
building inspections, coordinating financing and, of course, people
skills. All are necessary to facilitate a smooth and successful

to helping his clients buy and sell homes. This approach is similar
to a medical practice where a doctor utilizes specialists in different
fields and office functions.

With three assistants (manager/escrow coordinator, marketing and
advertising associate, and buyer associate), Michael is freed up
to work more directly with his clients. This process is further
aided by a powerful computer network and well-developed systems
for handling all of the details.
